I got my first real estate license in 1993 in Colorado and have sold real estate everywhere I lived over the years. This includes Colorado, Maryland, California and Arizona. I am currently licensed in Colorado as well as Arizona. I have facilitated hundreds of transactions over the years...spanning diverse markets and economic conditions. Renae is easily the best real estate agent I've ever worked with! I literally lost count of the times she went above and beyond to clarify, simplify, and get me a better deal/funds along the way. She took all of the stres out of the process by filtering out, organizing and putting agendas together each day which allowed us to look at more than 30 places within 2-3 weekends(not weeks). She burned the Midnight oil while I slept. She knew the contracts and paperwork and process like the back of her hand, including the gotchas and finer print.
